Thread logic needs a little review

Context

The sample thread ends up with a blank post on the end of it - which is then numbered. This post can be discarded.

Implementation notes

• Remove blank posts from the end of threads (or don't add them in the first place)
• Write some additional tests for post size and text wrapping - be more specific
