Error under 20.1 / 20.2 when creating JSON and parsing into page items

I've been using this plug-in for some time, but have recently started to have an issue, I believe since the upgrade to 20.1 or 20.2.

The plugin works fine until you configure it to split into items and generate JSON. It fails to populate the page items and triggers a Javascript error related to the minified map component:

DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for https://[server]/i/libraries/apex/minified/custom-elements.min.js.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE

I believe I am running the latest version. I've installed 1.2.1 and 1.2.2, removed the plug-in entirely and then re-installed. Despite all this, the plug-in always reports v1.1.1.

Can you please review the bug, and the versioning?

Maybe the error can/should be ignored?

Just a note: the important error is the "Uncaught Error: Syntax error" in this instance.

The DevTools failure to load a js map file is just a warning and can be safely ignored - that's just the browser trying to load a source map (that helps with unminifying the js source) but there's no requirement for the server to provide one.

@rsngt I'm having same issue. Resolved by making following changes in the jquery.ui.autoComplete.js file:

in _clearItems: function(model, record) {...
change item == 'autoComplete' ? null : $s(uiw.options.pageItems[item].id, '');
to:

if (item != 'autoComplete' && uiw.options.pageItems[item].id != ''){
  apex.item(uiw.options.pageItems[item].id).setValue('');
}

Other Notes:

• Can remove file jQuery.min as it's not referenced anywhere

Again I'll make a PR and may clean up some other things in the file.

I manually edited the js file as suggested and this appears to have fixed the issue. Thanks very much!
