Question: It it possible to return an ingress host (or arbitrary text) in the comment?

This would be important in terms of simplifying how reviewers in a PR locate / view changes that have been pushed to an ephemeral environment as part of the PR lifecycle.

This might even be a feature already, but I'm just not finding documentation on how to do it.
