Single-record iterator

This was written to make table reading fast. Is there a use case for iterating record-by-record?

Not sure on reading - I have AWS Athena and G BigQuery ingest the file at once. However it may be useful to lookup for a record.
Certainly a use case for writing, in chunks or through an iterator, to limit memory usage.
