How to create groups of SCIM users

I add users to github using SCIM sync against EntraID. This means, that users are not in github until this sync success.

Therefore, if I run github_team_member with non sync users, it fails. Is there any way of "warning" or ignoring when I'm trying to add a non existing user to GitHub team? Which is the correct way to do this?
