Remove $ from code examples #1090
Description
Copy includes $, which, when pasted, results in 'command not found' error
e.g.,
$ sudo apt-get install build-essential ocaml ocamlbuild automake autoconf libtool wget python-is-python3 libssl-dev git cmake perl
$: command not found
