td_migration build instruction does not work

td_migration folder readme instruction for cloning linux_sgx repo and build do not work

I had the same issue and the following changes fixed things (mattbodd@85e3a42):

In QuoteGeneration/quote_wrapper/td_migration/README.md

• Specify the tdx_1.5_mvp_23q1 branch when cloning linux-sgx: git clone https://github.com/intel/linux-sgx.git --branch
• Correct "make migraiton" to "make migration

It doesn't seem like I can create a PR against a tag, so I'll leave my fork's commit for anyone else who runs into this issue
