[Test] Remove onednn fusion test in IPEX (#4706)

For XPU, after upstreaming, the fusion is in PyTorch's side (torch/_inductor/fx_passes/mkldnn_fusion.py), not on the IPEX side. There is no need to keep this test on IPEX side.
