[TEST] Fix dot3d failures on PVC

The root cause of this issue are there is no fp64 dpas support, these 2 failed case would go into FMA path and generate large size of IR, When the size exceeds a certain limit, it would get the ZE_RESULT_ERROR_INVALID_KERNEL_NAME error.
