[SYCL][Bindless] Fix bindless image spec examples and make them E2E tests

The bindless images samples in the bindless spec have been broken for a while. This commit fixes them and makes them E2E tests that are included into the bindless spec asciidoc to ensure any future problems are quickly caught.
