Describe the bug

The VirtualFunctions/misc/group-barrier.cpp test unexpectedly passed on unrelated changes (in previous execution it failed, so it is related to its unstable behavior).

OCL CPU RT was updated in between the two CI runs you had and it made the test pass. XFAIL was already dropped in #17598
