[E2E] Graph/NativeCommand tests timeout on L0 v2 adapter

As discussed in https://github.com/intel/llvm/pull/17837#discussion_r2027657938 the `Graph/NativeCommand/level-zero_usm.cpp` and `Graph/NativeCommand/level-zero_usm_D2H_copy.cpp` L0 interop tests time out with the v2 adapter. Seen on both tested on PVC and BMG.

These tests are disabled by https://github.com/intel/llvm/pull/17848 but the issue needs investigated and fixed.
