[UR] [L0 v2] Issue with command lists on older driver

Describe the bug

The newest driver resolves some correctness issues of command lists calls, however it has not been deployed on the CI machines yet. According to @pbalcer the target for that deployment is 2025-ww17. After that, some additional tests can be added and enabled. (#17784, #17159)
