use recommended labels for PMEM-CSI operator #855
Description
The deployment files for the PMEM-CSI operator still use the "app" label, which will become inconsistent with the rest of PMEM-CSI once PR #838 is merged and is not what upstream recommends (https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/overview/working-with-objects/common-labels/#labels).
