Induce Capistrano failure on container startup failure

Capistrano needs to fail if any of the containers fail to start up, in start_containers task.

Something in the fashion of:

if [ -z $(docker-compose ps -q) ]; then
  ...
else
  ...
fi

Better: cycle through docker-compose config --services
