Release 17.0.0 - Dark Mode Support (#667)

🚀 Enhancements
* Added support for Dark Mode. This feature is currently in beta, and will be enabled for all customers in a future release.

Changes:
- Updated CHANGELOG.md with version 17.0.0 entry
- Updated README.md version references from 16.3.0 to 17.0.0
- Updated sample app to use version 17.0.0
