Navigation & Layout Redesign

Completely rebuilt the application shell: topbar, side navigation, and page layout.

What was done

• Topbar redesign: New logo placement, navigation links (Designs / Products / Services), user menu dropdown, notification bell icon
• NavigationMenu: Drawer-based side navigation with entity-type sections, grouped nav items for each content area
• Layout: New LayoutNew wrapper component with topbar + sidebar + content area structure, responsive breakpoints
• Side nav updates (CXO): Renamed "My list" → "Saved Lists", added "Track Record" nav item linking to profile tab
