Allow `createWalletAddress` mutation to take in `status`

Context

Sometimes, when an ASE creates a wallet address, they would like to have it as inactive initially. For example, an ASE might allow the user to reserve a wallet address before they pass KYC, and only activate the wallet address when the user has successfully registered.
