User gets access to domain with nonexistent registrant #148
Description
If the registrant is ended in the business registry (bankrupt, deleted, ...) the representatives still get access to the domain in the registrant portal and can update the contact data of the registrant object

with the request to the business registry to discover if the persona has the right of representation to any companies we should take into account only those organisations that are still registered with the person in the active list of board members and ignore those that are ended or the person does not have right of representation at that moment.
