Terminal Lite Duplicates Character Echo when First Character typed is a Colon

Typing the colon character (:) as the first character after the prompt in Terminal Lite does odd things in 2025.1.1 ... every keystroke starting with the colon is echoed back and pressing Enter generates an error:

The only possible use (that I'm aware of) for a colon as the first character in a command is for aliases, which aren't supported in Terminal Lite.

Regardless, it's a bit annoying when my muscle memory tries to execute an alias and this happens 😆

@DodgeDeBoulet This is an IRIS-side bug. I will work on a fix and will update this issue when it is available.
