WebTerminal lost connection with the server

I installed WebTerminal to my IRIS 2020.1.1 version.
It works fine sometimes.. and when the web page is refreshed for few times . It starts giving this error and says, try to reconnect back.
Sometimes after some times it comes back, but most of the times I have to restart the IRIS cube to get it back to working.

Hello! Can you provide mode details?

1. Is it local installation?
2. Do you have any software which can influence network connections?
3. What is the last frames websocket connection sends to the client? (you can see it in DevTools by clicking on the network tab & websocket connection)

Same issue in Docker images:

  before there is something like "Can't start background Job"
• I use iris session instead

Flagging this as something requiring the investigation. I am not maintaining InterSystems solutions right now - really busy with other things, and if someone could take a look their help would be much appreciated. I already shared multiple details about this problem in multiple issues - that's everything I know about it.

@Ishan6464 this sounds like license starvation. Are you able to update to the latest WebTerminal (4.9.5) and re-test?

The following is probably not the case here, but what helped me in "lost connection"-issue was making sure the web applications "terminal" and "terminalsocket" were assigned to the "user" namespace (in their web application definition).
This because the namespace that I had initialy used, had already another web application and that one was intercepting the request to logon the unknown user while it did not allowed the unknown user to logon.
