eslint-plugin-vue-i18n v2 supports latest vue-i18n-next?

I thanks very much to existing and contributor of vue-i18n-next and eslint-plugin-vue-i18n.
I use eslint-plugin-vue-i18n v3-next to use latest vue-i18n-next. But has problem to use it to make a production because v3-next is still pre-release.

Does eslint-plugin-vue-i18n v2 supports latest (at least later than v9.3) vue-i18n-next?
If not, what is the problem preventing eslint-plugin-vue-i18n v3 from verified release?
