Zotseek indexing pane not getting minimized when in dock on MacOS

I am really looking forward to using the plugin. However while indexing, the progress pane won't disappier when the Zotero window isn't in the foreground - it stays on top.

This is a limitation in Zotero's core ProgressWindow API. I'm reaching out to the Zotero devs to find a better solution.
