[Request] Add delay to start Auto-indexing

If one is adding a bunch of entries in a row, the Auto-indexing feature can interfere. Would it make sense to allow users to specify that Auto-indexing only starts after the system has been idle for that user-specified time? (Better BibTex has a somewhat similar setting).

Thanks for the suggestion! This has been implemented and will be included in the next release.

What's coming:

• Configurable auto-index delay - a new setting (1-300 seconds, default 10s) that controls how long to wait after the last item is added before auto-indexing starts. Each new item resets the countdown, so bulk imports won't trigger indexing until you're done.
• Pause/cancel buttons on the progress window - you can now pause and cancel long-running indexing operations directly from the progress window.

The delay setting will be available in Settings > ZotSeek, right below the auto-index checkbox.
