Issues with iOS Project

I'm running into an issue building the iOS project from source.
After checking out the project and running ./install_deps.sh I receive the following errors:

Note that I'm on a 2021 MBP which uses Apple Silicon.

It seems failing when building tests for GTSAM library. You could try to disable GTSAM tests. However, that line

seems setting them at OFF already. Maybe there is another Cmake option of GTSAM project that would skip CppUnitLite build.

EDIT: Which XCode version are you using?
