How can I disable access to the dashboard for a user group?
I don't want them to see the dashboard at all.

I'd like to create a new module/app to manage warranty information based on sales orders. Clients should only be able to view the warranty expiration date without seeing any other information.

It is not recommended to let anyone untrusted into your instance.

Every authenticated user has wide access to general information even though there is no UI for those.

If you can provide a more detailed information how you would build this we can maybe give insights what the exact risks might be.

I am still working out the details. I wouldn't worry about the security aspects - the main purpose is to build a mobile-friendly, clean interface without any unnecessary information.
