Importing stock locations error "can't set attribute"

I tried using the admin import button for stock locations but I keep getting this error

I made sure to leave location ID blank since they are new locations.

I even once tried exporting and then re-importing the same CSV just to see what the errors were and I got the same error.

Here is a sample of what I am trying to import:

Should I try removing the spaces? Do spaces maybe not play well with a path name? Do I need to use an escape character for spaces when importing as CSV? Should I try importing as XLSX instead?

@SchrodingersGat @matmair I thin the admin stock location import is broken on master, those are the steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Admin page > Stock Locations > Export (to CSV)
2. Edit CSV to:

Location ID,Location Name,Description,Parent ID,Parent Name,Location Path,Stock Items,structural,external
1,Main Warehouse,this is the main warehouse,,,,,,

3. Import, the following error pops-up:
   

There is no information what is item_count related to, editing the file with:

1,Main Warehouse,This is the main warehouse,,,Main Warehouse,0,0,0

still gives the same error.

Note that my test database does not have any existing stock locations.
