I would like it to be that admin/staff can create items and assign them to customers. And customers can login and see items assigned to them. |

This is outside the scope of the software - allowing login support for individual customers would require significant security considerations. Perhaps this would be possible to implement with a plugin but there would be a lot of extra work required |
