Printing a label multiple times

I am using a zebra label printer using the Zebra Programming Language to create labels (and automatically ingrate values from InvenTree). For a batch of items (the same IPN and batch number) I sometimes need to print e.g. 100 labels (identical labels). Is there a way for me to do this easily?

There is not enough info here to provide any meaningful input. Providing info like the following would increase your change of getting an answer:

• How are you getting the data to the template
• How are you rendering the template
• Which deployment method are you using
• How is the printer connected to InvenTree

I get the data to the template using context variables and the ZPL. E.g.:

The template is then send directly to the printer and the printer renders the label (I use a network printer).

The labels print fine. I just had a question if it is possible (or else I will make it a request) to print a label multiple times from the UI. When I print a label from the UI I can select the label template and printer, but if I would need 100 copies of that label I would need to do that 100 times. An input box with the amount I want printed for example would be nice.

That is still not enough information. How is your printer connected to inventree. What plugins are you using? Are they using the machine interface? There is a copies option which drivers should implement.

Apologies. I am using the inventree-zebra-plugin by SergeoLacruz. I have followed his guide to setup the printer (https://github.com/SergeoLacruz/inventree-zebra-plugin). It doesn't use the machine interface if I understand correctly. Using the plugin settings I have given the IP and port of the printer and that already enables printing via the Inventree interface. In my case I use https://github.com/SergeoLacruz/inventree-zebra-plugin?tab=readme-ov-file#in-printer-rendering for the rendering. If I should put this as a request to the plugin maker let me know.

Yes, there is nothing we can do about it in core, this needs to be implemented at plugin level.
