Hello World Plugin with Interface – Manual Installation Help

I’m new to InvenTree and trying to build some plugins, but I haven't been able to display any interface. Is there a "Hello World" tutorial for creating a manually installed plugin with a user interface?

InvenTree is running in Docker. I placed my plugin files outside the container and mounted them inside. I can see the plugin listed in the admin center, but the URLs don’t work.
