Change (some) select2 instances to use AJAX queries #1234
Description
As the database size grows (at least in my case) the number of possible entries for drop-down boxes is very large. It may make sense to look at transitioning some of the drop-down menus to using ajax queries to fill the selections based on user queries.
i.e. fill out the drop-down menus with results as the user types
