[enhancement]: Allow the model manager to ignore leading/trailiong pasted-in double quotes #8676

What should this feature add?
When a user performs a "copy as path" action, the clipboard value has leading/trailing double quote. Invoke's model manager chokes on them and says the model is invalid. Please process pasted-in text to remove the double quotes.
Windows adds the double quotes when you use the copy as path action.
