Port changes from design-draft

https://github.com/inyokaproject/design-draft-ubuntuusers includes some features that still are interesting for this theme, f.e.

 * table of contents on right side, if on big screen 
 * responsive forum thread
 * change body-font to Source Sans Pro with Ubuntu Regular (see also #356)
