CCU3 with 3.83.6 problem

Describe the bug
hm-rega says, that cannot parse the answer from ccu3

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. update the ccu3 firmware to 3.83.6
2. reload the hm-rega adapter
3. see in the log and see the error "Cannot parse answer for datapoints:"
4. a possible problem is damaged json in response from the ccu3

Versions:

• hm-rpc version: 2.0.2
• hm-rega version: 5.1.0
• JS-Controller version: 8.9.2
• Node version: 20.19.1
• Operating system:
• CCU model: CCU3 original
• CCU firmware: 3.83.6

I found the issue in the json answer...

the device is a HmIP-FALMOT-C12
and the STATE_NOT_AVAILABLE comes from unused ports on the HmIP-FALMOT-C12

Same issue. I disconnected HmIP-FALMOT-C12 for a while and I have the parsing errors in my logfile too.
