Wrong reference Exonic Regions bed selection

Clicking between the Exonic Regions buttons for grch37 and grch38 work in the demo data, but if you use this grch38 cram http://home.chpc.utah.edu/~u0691312/platinum/NA12878.cram and then click Exonic Regions GRCh37, it just hangs forever

In lieu of trying to determine which reference the bam/cram is (not a discussion worth bringing up for multiple reasons in my mind), could we just have a timeout to hint at that "maybe your bam/cram is not the reference you thought?"
