download error of bam bai file

Hello everyone.

I want to use Bam.iobio.io, but it says "Error downloading file Pleasecheck the URL." and I can't run it.
The procedure I did was to select Local BAM/CRAM file and specify two BAM and BAI files saved on my PC. So I don't understand the meaning of the instruction to check the URL.
This may be a rudimentary question, but please help me.

Hi @Fuji11198, the way bam.iobio works requires (portions of) the files to be streamed to our backend for processing. We have a special proxy we use for this that makes the files available via URLs, which is where the confusing error comes from. That proxy does have issues sometimes. Usually it's not broken for very long, though. Can you try running again?

I am not familiar with data processing and do not understand words like proxy well, but I will try again.
The amount of data is about 27 GB, how long does it usually take to display the results?
I may have cancelled before the process was finished.

It only takes seconds to display results. Bam.iobio does not read the entire files, instead it samples data from the file, so that results appear quickly.
