Handling the GitLab API token for the download of OpenAPI spec #566

just pressed the Rotate button on the bottom right (the two arrows in a cycle icon) to generate a new one and added the new one here

Not entirely sure how to deal with it next month. Why is it one month btw, because it was deemed as a test?
Generally I know this is not a very specific problem and a generic process for credential rotation should be in place. For ioki-ruby I don't know of one yet.
