Description
When downloading large files it would be great to be able to about the download when the user requests (API call) much like the ability to do so in Cordova file transfer plugin

Preferred Solution
Either with AbortConrtoller JavaScript object or a method on the result object
Alternatives
Continue using cordova's plugin 😥
Additional Context
As far as I know this is the only way to download large files, so for large files abort is meaningful.
If this is already possible I couldn't find it in the docs...
