"Haptics" plugin is not implemented on android

Hello,
I am new to Ionic+Capacitor projects.
I am trying to use the vibration plugin, but when running the app on the phone (android 7.1.1) I have the following error :
"Haptics" plugin is not implemented on android
and even with other plugin (for notifications) :

Here is my package.json. The project was initiated with Ionic, Capacitor was then added manually.

I also tried to manually add VIBRATE permission in Android manifest...

Also tested with 3.0.0-rc.0 versions.

Any idea?

Well, I restarted from scratch the migration of my project with https://capacitorjs.com/docs/v3/updating/3-0#android and it's all working now... My bad.
