Capacitor Browser Plugin opens up a new tab in web view but doesn't close it.

I'm not sure if this is the intended behaviour.
We are using the Browser Plugin for OAuth implementation. It opens up but doesn't close once the process is complete/successfull. Atm im using universal links which is called once the process is called. How Can I navigate back to the original tab.

It would be bonus if I could using this in popup.

I'm active contributing to other capacitor plugins. If this requires some development in the plugin. I would be happy to do so. :)
