How to get config in plugin web

hi, how to get config in plugin for web

now in capacitor 2 i use
https://github.com/reslear/CapacitorGoogleAuth/blob/ff646d7ee28d8c67fb6027a7b5af9f005ae3060b/src/web.ts#L5-L6

but capacitor 3 may be different config js or json or ts

is there a public api for loading the configuration like:

capacitor/cli/src/config.ts
