How to enable negative inputs on input fields

Hello I have a specific problem.
Is there any way to enable negative inputs on Android when setting the type of the input field to number?
For example I have an input field like this;

<input class="input-field" type="number">

When I click on this input on an Android device, the keyboard doesn't have any negative input button.
Any help would be appreciated.
