How to Use a Third-Party WebView instead of the System's Webview

I am having trouble running an ionic 6 vue app on an Android 8 device. Its WebView's Chrome version is 57 and the app cannot run properly.

I wonder if it is possible to use a third-party webview with the latest version of Chrome instead of using the old system's built-in webview.
