Suddenly I get problems when I want to run a new project in Xcode's emulators. When I try to run an old project where I already have the IOS folder everything works fine. But with this new project I get an error message when I run "npx cap add ios".

Hi
Suddenly I get problems when I want to run a new project in Xcode's emulators. When I try to run an old project where I already have the IOS folder everything works fine. But with this new project I get an error message when I run "npx cap add ios".
I have cocoapods installed allready and I have tried to run approaches that I find at this link:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/69482465/npx-cap-add-ios-fails-with-error-updating-ios-native-dependencies-with-pod-i
I have M1 chip
JSON file:
Does anyone know what the problem could be?
thank you
