Need document for developing a new platform

[Losses]

We have successfully integrated GeckoView with Ionic, but found capacitor-community/electron and capacitor-community/tauri, but have no idea about how to develop a similar platform like them, our question is:

• How to make capacitor/cli treat our package as a platform
• What should we put into the package to make sure the code could be successfully generated

It would be really apparated if someone could provide a detailed document about this topic.
