How to run app by different env files

Hey,
I am using env-cmd into scripts from package.json to build and run the apps from different env files. It works good but do not provide the env variables with "ionic cap run -l --external". App is loaded on device but env return undefined. Could someone help to fix it please ? 🙏
(its an ionic react project - got 3 differents env files)
