Archiving How Capacitor Works

The CONTRIBUTING.md [1] links to an old email newsletter that outlines some historically important context for the Capacitor project. This link is currently dead, but fortunately someone has archived it: the internet archive.

Figured it would be useful to link back here just in case someone else goes looking for it: How Capacitor Works.pdf

Given that this also creates an file under the ionic team in Github, I'm going to open up a PR to change the url in [1] to link back to that static asset here.
