Changing source url of webview

From what I understand, We can set webDir in config. But what if i have new resources(can be a new build) I downloaded from my backend server and stored it in Directory.Data using the filesystem plugin. it has the same structure as my webDir. Can i load my app from there directly? Any help appreciated.
