Allow clicking outside of action sheet to close it

Using e.g. @capacitor/camera and getting a photo with the "Prompt" source results in an action sheet like below.

Camera.getPhoto({ resultType: CameraResultType.Uri, source: CameraSource.Prompt })

From there, you can choose "From Photos" or "Take Picture", but a user can't just click outside of the action sheet to cancel/close it like would be expected.
