"server admins spawn fakeplayers with fakeping to trick the server list position. For example fpsclasico has a unnamedplayer with a ping of 16ms and score of zero 24/7. If you join the server, its empty. "

"Same goes for A51" ... " because 10 fakeplayers speccing. Also most servers have double port entrys, but the A51 guy really cracks it by having 10-20 entries."

assuming these are for quake 3 servers. I assume the feature/improvement would be to detect servers where nothing ever changes with the "players" , however it'd probably be good to do so in a way that doesn't break interesting/art/whatever mods that may have different experiences. You'd also probably run into a cat and mouse game where bad server operators try and workaround whatever resolution we come up with to continue deceiving players.
